Yes. Cancel from the dashboard, no email-the-CEO retention rituals. We pro-rate downgrades, and we keep your last 90 days of usage history available even after cancellation.
Do you offer student, OSS, or charity discounts?
Yes — free Indie plan for verified students for 12 months, free Pro plan for non-trivial open-source projects (a public repo with users, not a half-finished SDK). Email us with details.
What happens if I exceed my plan?
Soft cap, 429 with Retry-After. We email you. We never auto-upgrade or auto-bill overages.
Is there an annual discount?

Do you support purchase orders or invoicing?

Refunds?
